Description of the contract: The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a contract between the client and the supplier for the provision of energy services with a guaranteed result using the Energy Performance Contracting method of the administrative building A in the area Deafter Zlicin, Dopravniho podniku hl. City of Prague, joint-stock company. Part of the subject of public contract fulfillment is also all engineering activities, including the creation of the project and documentation of the actual implementation of energy-saving measures. Other services necessary for the successful functioning of e are also part of the fulfillmentenergy system after the introduction of energy-saving devices. As part of the public contract, the service provider will ensure the design, preparation, implementation, financing and evaluation of cost-saving measures. Savings generated by savings will be used to the maximum extent possible to repay the implementation costsparents. Profits from savings measures will be guaranteed by the service provider for the entire duration of the contract.
