- The scope of the public contract is the implementation of energy-saving measures in the client's buildings using the EPC method.
This is a complex public order including preparation, implementation and subsequent long-term monitoring and evaluation of the results of implemented energy-saving measures (for a period of at least 12 years),whereby the supplier with whom the contract will be concluded will provide contractual guarantees to the client for the achievement of the contractually determined energy savings and for the achievement of the expected economic benefits of the project. The contractor himself will propose specific energy-saving measures and include them in the EPC project, which will subsequently beprojects will be implemented. Part of this project is the implementation of the so-called mandatory measures specified in Article 2.6 of the procurement documentation.
