- The subject of this contract is the provision of energy services with a guaranteed result (savings in operating costs related to the use of energy - hereinafter referred to as "services") for a building owned by the city of Jesenice
As part of the contract, the service provider will finalize a proposal for energy-saving measures:
-zpracpreparation of project documentation and provision of other activities to secure construction permits for the implementation of cost-saving measures, if, according to the participant's offer, they are necessary with regard to the proposed measures and if the documents have not been provided by the contracting authority,
-all engineering activities, in particular the processing of requirementsassociated with obtaining a building permit,
- processing of the implementation project documentation for the implementation of cost-saving measures,
- delivery and installation of proposed cost-saving measures "on a turnkey basis",
- processing of documentation of the actual implementation of cost-saving measures,
- preparation of detailed operating rules for new ininstalled equipment and operator training,
-energy management (services including continuous monitoring and evaluation of achieved energy savings) for the duration of the contractual relationship,
including inspection of the installed equipment,
-providing a guarantee for the achievement of anticipated savings,
-monitoring and evaluationi achieved results during the duration of the contractual relationship.
