Description: The subject of the public contract is the provision of energy services with guaranteed EPC method.
As part of the contract, the service provider will be provided, preparing, implementing, financing and evaluating austerity measures. Financial savings generated by austerity measures will be used to repay the cost of implementation. Benefits from austerity measures will be guaranteed by the service provider for the time of the guarantee (12 years), when the service provider carries the entire risk of failure to achieve the proposed and implemented measures.
Unless otherwise agreed in the negotiating phase, the subject of the contract will not ensure the purchase of energy by the supplier or ensuring the management of gas boilers or systems of public lighting.
