Description: The subject of this contract is the provision of energy services with a guaranteed result (saving operating costs related to energy use - hereinafter referred to as services) for buildings owned by the town of HavĂĹ™ov.
Within the contract, the service provider will be completed by the proposal of energy -saving measures. Implementation of energy -efficient measures within the meaning of this contract includes the following tasks:
Delivery and assembly of proposed austerity measures -NA key,
Energy Management (services involving permanent monitoring and evaluation of achieved energy savings) for the duration of the contractual relationship, including inspection of the installed device,
Providing a warranty for achieving expected savings,
monitoring and evaluating the results achieved for the duration of the contractual relationship.
