- The subject of this contract is the provision of energy services with a guaranteed result (savings in operating costs related to the use of energy - hereinafter referred to as "services") for buildings owned by the statutory city of Karvina.
As part of the contract, the service provider will finalize the design of energy-saving opattribution:
-processing of project documentation and ensuring other activities for securing construction permits for the implementation of cost-saving measures, if they are necessary according to the participant's offer with regard to the proposed measures and if the documents have not been provided by the contracting authority,
-all engineering activities, in particularof the requirements associated with obtaining a building permit,
- preparation of implementation project documentation for the implementation of cost-saving measures,
- delivery and installation of proposed cost-saving measures "on a turnkey basis",
- processing of documentation for the actual implementation of cost-saving measures,
- preparation of a detailed operating scheduledu for newly installed equipment and operator training,
-energy management (services including permanent monitoring and evaluation of achieved energy savings) for the duration of the contractual relationship,
including inspection of the installed equipment,
-providing a guarantee for the achievement of expected savings,
-monitoringand evaluating the results achieved during the duration of the contractual relationship.
