- The subject of this public contract is the provision of services in the field of direct mailing (hereinafter referred to as the "subject of performance"). Services in the field of direct mailing are considered to be the ongoing processing of the customer's letter shipments, including in particular:
a) reception and processing of data,
b) printing of letters, forms, invoices, etc..,
c) completion and enveloping,
d) delivery of parcels, incl. handling complaints, re-delivery, etc., or handover of processed parcels to the holder of the postal license, payment of postage for delivered parcels and negotiations with the holder of the postal license on behalf of the customer when handling complaints, re-chargesabout delivery, possible exceptions and discounts for submitting bulk shipments, etc.
