- The subject of the public contract is the provision of employment agency services in the provision of temporarily assigned employees for the Czech Tourism Office - CzechTourism. The contractor will provide the client with the performance of the works requested by him through the contractor's own temporarily assigned employees (furtheralso just "DPZ"), in the form of temporary assignment to perform work according to Section 307a et seq. of the Labor Code, when the DPZ will be employed by the supplier on the basis of an employment contract or an agreement on work carried out outside the employment relationship, but will perform the work for the client, within the scope and according to the conditions definedby the Framework Agreement.
Provision of employment agency services in the provision of temporarily assigned employees
The subject of the public contract is the provision of employment agency services in the provision of temporarily assigned employees for the Czech Central Tourism Office-CzechTourism (hereinafter referred to as the "contractor"). The supplier willto provide the client with the performance of the work requested by him through the contractor's own temporarily assigned employees (hereinafter also referred to as "DPZ"), in the form of temporary assignment to perform work in accordance with Section 307a et seq. of the Labor Code, when the DPZ will be employed by the supplier on the basis of an employment contract oragreements on work performed outside the employment relationship, but will perform the work for the client, within the scope and according to the conditions defined in the Framework Agreement.
