- The subject of this contract is the provision of Facility Management services for the CZSO headquarters building in Prague. The seat of the CZSO headquarters in Skalka consists of a total of three connected buildings and adjacent plots of land:
1) Building "A" - 2 underground floors, 11 above-ground floors,
2) Building "B" - 2 underground floors, 7 above-ground floorsži,
3) Building "C" 2 underground floors, 3 above-ground floors.
The total floor area of the Skalka building is 23,020.39 m2, which consists of:
1) total office area 9,578.74 m2,
2) communication (corridors, staircases, parking lot) 7,232.09 m2,
3) other areas (technological spaces) 6,209.56 m2.
