• Provision of electronic sealing services and related qualified services in the form of SaaS, including support and security supervision The subject of the performance of the awarded public contract is the provision of electronic sealing services and related qualifications services in the form of a SaaS service, i.e. operated entirely on the supplier's infrastructure, using certified HSM (Hardware Security Module) equipment of the supplier, located at the supplier and managed by a qualified provider of this service. It is part of the service issuing qualified electronic time stamps. It includes ensuring compliance with legislation (eIDAS 2.0, the Act on Cyber ​​Security, the Act on Critical Infrastructure), security measures, managing cryptographic assets and ensuring guaranteed service availability for the City Hall of the City of Prague, city districts and organizations established by the city. Fulfillment includes in particular: 1. Provision of a qualified electronic sealing service in SaaS mode •Delivery of electronic sealing service in vendor environment. •Ensuring high service availability, 24/7 operation including monitoring and incident detection. •Providing the service through a secure API to integrate with IP MHMP. 2.
