- The subject of the public contract is the provision of continuous emergency service in municipal apartment buildings entrusted to the Client for administration. Fulfillment refers to the performance of work in the elimination of accidents and malfunctions leading to immediate danger to persons or entrusted property and subsequent repairs. It is mainly about pration in the following fields: plumbing, indoor and outdoor sewerage, gas installation, heating, electrical installation, plumbing, roofing and glazing work and minor masonry work. Furthermore, pressure cleaning of waste and sewers, pumping of septic tanks and flooded basements, including waste disposal. Includedthe subject of the performance is also cleaning immediately after the accident (pumping out water or sewage, cleaning work including disinfection of the space) and possible assistance in moving tenants to alternative premises provided by the Employer.
