- Provision of consulting services and program management services - supplementary preliminary notification
Description of the contract: The subject of the public contract being prepared will be the provision of consulting services and program management services. These are services related to the management of the implementation of the "Fenix - Technologicalka change", especially the provision of services related to project management of the Fenix-Technological change program in cooperation with internal and external product and project managers, technical managers and engineers in defining milestones, division of work, effort estimation; if necessary Nanational development bank as the client for the compilation, coordination and control of compliance with the schedule (plan) of the entire program in all its phases (from preparation, through realization to implementation, launch and termination) so that the activities of external and internal resources across all projects and functional initiativeswere carried out by you in a coordinated, efficient manner and without unnecessary delays; monitoring progress, solving dependencies, problems, change requests, evaluating risks of the Fenix-Technological change program; definition of project outputs and their validation in the course of the Fenix-Technological change program; formulation and creationand execution of the implementation strategy of the Fenix-Technological change program; reporting the status of the Fenix-Technological change program to the top management of NRB and the program stakeholders; preparation of communication on the status of the Fenix-Technological change program.
