• Description:
• The subject of the performance of the public contract is the implementation and provision of comprehensive cleaning services in the facilities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic according to the standard and scope of the cleaning required by the contracting authority. According to § 35 of the Act, the public contract is divided into five parts: 1.Part A - "Comprehensive cleaning services for the Černín Palace, including Janák's annex", 2.Part B - "Complex cleaning services for the Trauttmansdorff Palace including the area of the Zamiňáček children's group", 3.Part C - "Comprehensive cleaning services for the Tuscan Palace", 4.Part D - "Complex cleaning services for the dormitory of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic", 5. Part E - "Complex cleaning services for the warehouse area of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic". The public contract is divided into five (5) parts (each part has its own procurement documentation), each of which aims to conclude one contract with one supplier. The supplier is entitled to submit an offer for all parts of the public contract, or for any of the parts of the public contract (i.e. for one or more parts). The total estimated value of the public contract is CZK 25,000,000 excluding VAT. Part D - Complex cleaning services for the dormitory of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic The subject of the performance of the public contract for part D is the implementation and provision of complex cleaning services (regular cleaning, special cleaning, extraordinary cleaning work and provision of permanent daily service) in the dormitory building Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic according to the standard and scope of the cleaning required by the client.
