- The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of contracts for the purpose of providing a communication platform for the Security Surveillance Center ("KP MSDC"), when the contracting authority Moravskoslezská datové centrum, p. o. (hereinafter referred to as "MSDC") intends, within the framework of providing services to the designated contribution organizations of the Moravian-Silesian Region, to build a security monitoring center, the operation of which will be ensured in the shared service mode Part I - Switchboard Creation, delivery and implementation of a communication platform for the Security Monitoring Center the client, including securing licenses, configuration, integration, documentation, training, putting into pilot and production operation and related support and development, all according to the Technical Specification and the Contract. Part II - Telecommunications Services Provision of the Service electronic communications specified in the Technical Specification for a period of 4 years according to the Agreement.
