• On 5 December 2025, the contracting authority concluded with the capital city of Prague a contract for the provision of services No. INO/54/11/025376/2025, published on 10 December 2025 in the register of contracts: https://smlouvy.gov.cz/smlouva/35973829?backlink=6fmv2 (hereinafter referred to as the "Main Contract"), in mode vertical cooperation in the sense of § 11 ZZVZ. On the basis of the Main Contract, the contracting authority is obliged, with effect from 1 August 2026, to provide services for the collection, collection and further management of mixed municipal waste and usable waste components throughout the territory capital of Prague. The subject of the awarded public contract is the provision of services for regular collection, collection and further handling of waste (including the delivery and placement of collection containers) in the defined collection areas of the capital city of Prague, which, on the above date, the contracting authority is not capable of serving on its own.
