- The public contract (hereinafter also "VZ") is divided into 14 separate parts in accordance with the provisions of § 35 and § 101 ZZVZ. 219/2000 Coll., on the property of the Czech Republic and its appearance in legal proceedingsrelations, as amended, owned by the state and under the management jurisdiction of GFR.
PENB will be processed on the basis of Act No. 406/2000 Coll., on energy management, as amended, and according to the conditions set by Decree No. 264/ 2020 Coll., on the energy efficiency of buildings, as amendedlater regulations.
Detailed specifications of the subject of the VZ and the conditions of performance are given in the draft Contract for the work "Ensuring certificates of energy efficiency of buildings of the FS CR", which forms Annex No. 2 of the Call, and in the Overview and specification of objects, which forms Annex No. 3 of the Call. Attachments No. 2 and 3 are prepared byfor each part of the VZ separately.
The supplier is entitled to submit an offer for one, several or all parts of the VZ, for each part separately. - Documents :
