• Description:
• The subject of the fulfillment of this public order is the contract of the supplier of services for the contracting party to provide emergency catering services for the contracting party's events on 27 and 28 January 2026 in the grounds of Prague Castle. On January 27, 2026, it will be a matter of providing catering services for meetings with by the diplomatic corps, the meeting room is full for 200 people. On January 28, 2026, it will be a matter of providing catering services for a meeting on the occasion of the National Day, as this meeting is fully booked for a total of 2,000 people. The event will be divided into an outdoor meeting for 200 people and reception for these 200 people and another 1,800 guests, so the reception will be for a total of 2,000 people. Within the framework of the subject, the selected supplier will employ operating and support personnel, with a minimum number of 100, which will include min. 15 k and a student from a professional bikes and bikes Last but not least, the substance of the subject is filled and provided with inventory for the above services, i.e. in particular provided glasses, porcelain, tableware, gastro containers and gastro textiles (including various decorations) in sufficient quantities corresponding to the scope of the event. Selected supplier in the subject line fully ensure the table cloths on individual tables, their laying and subsequent removal and washing. Other conditions of fulfillment are stated in the tender documentation and their pages. The total estimated value of this public contract, including reserved contract changes, is K2,550,000 (in words: two million pt one hundred and fifty thousand Czech crowns) without VAT.
