- Provision of aerial firefighting services (LHS) in the years 2023 - 2026 on the territory of the Czech Republic
Description of the order: Provision of aviation equipment and personnel - In total, a minimum of 2 firefighting aircraft (i.e. 2 airplanes or 2 helicopters or a combination of an airplane and a helicopter). -The number of aircraft and their location (i.e. the location of the LHS bases) is chosen by the applicant in such a way that it is possible to deploy at least one piece of aircraft anywhere on the territory of the Czech Republic, within one hour of flight from the take-off of the aircraft (to fulfill this condition in the event of a malfunction of one of aircraft must have provthe whistleblower has secured at least one reserve aircraft). - Each firefighting aircraft must be able to carry min. 2,500 liters of water, either in the aircraft's integrated tank or in a bag under the helicopter (aircraft must be equipped with the necessary means for aerial firefighting (e.g. bag, etc.) - Number of aerial personal (pilots) must correspond to the number and type of aircraft, the set requirements for the standby time and the requirements arising from the applicable legislation. Ensuring the readiness of aviation equipment and personnel for aerial forest fire fighting - In the period from 1.4. until 31.10. fulfilled every year, every calendar yearday from 9 a.m. to 1800-2010 hours depending on the time of year. - The activity of the LHS personnel leading to the take-off of the aircraft must be started no later than 5 minutes after the aircraft is requested and the take-off must be carried out within 15 minutes after the aircraft is requested to perform a fire-fighting flight even in the case that the aircraft is used for... - Documents :
