Description:
The subject of fulfillment of the public contract is complete provision of accommodation, catering and other services for participants in adaptation courses organized by the contracting authority as part of a project co -financed by the European Union from the Operational Program Jan Amos Comenius, the name of the project Implementation of the Long -term Plan PardubiceRegions, project registration number CZ.02.02.xx/00/23_018/0012534 (hereinafter referred to as "OP as"). The subject of part 1 of the public contract is to provide accommodation, catering and other services for participants in adaptation courses, pupils of SOŠ and SOU Třemošnice, pupils of SOU agricultural Chvaletice, pupils of the SS Agriculture andVOŠ Chrudim, pupils of SOŠ and SOU trade and services of Chrudim and pupils of the Secondary School Automobile Usti nad Orlici and pedagogical staff, in a camp type (brick building with rooms/cottages, etc.), all according to the requirements of the contracting authority listed in this tender documentation. The total expected number of participants makes510 pupils and 42 pedagogical staff in 2025, 490 pupils and 41 pedagogical staff in 2026 and 490 pupils and 41 pedagogical staff in 2027. The estimated number of participants for individual secondary schools is given as part of Annex 1a of the tender documentation. Dates in 2025: 3.9. - 5. 9., 8. 9. - 10. 9., 10. 15. 10. 2027. Specific dates of individual adaptation coursAnd 2027 will be determined on the basis of agreement between the contracting authority and the supplier, always at the latest a month before the relevant adaptation course. Length of each adaptation course: 3 days, expected arrival on the first day in the morning until about 10:00 am, expected departure on the third day after lunch.
