• Description:
• The subject of the performance of part 1 of the public contract is the provision of accommodation, catering and other services for participants of adaptation courses, pupils of the Třemošnice Secondary School and Technical Secondary School, pupils of the Chvaletice Secondary School of Agriculture, pupils of the Secondary School of Agriculture and Vocational School Chrudim and pupils of the Secondary School and Secondary School of Trade and Services Chrudim and teaching staff, in a camp-type facility (brick building with rooms/cabins, etc.), all according to the client's requirements stated in the tender documentation. The total expected number of participants is 372 pupils (i.e. 13 classes) and 32 teaching staff in each year of implementation of the adaptation courses. Expected number of participants adaptation courses for individual secondary schools is listed in Appendix No. 1a of the tender documentation. The specific dates for the adaptation courses for 2026 are listed in Appendix 1a of the tender documentation. The estimated dates of the adaptation courses for 2027 are listed in the appendix 1a procurement documentation. The specific dates of the individual adaptation courses in 2027 will be determined on the basis of an agreement between the contracting authority and the supplier, always no later than one month before the relevant adaptation course takes place. Length of each adaptation course: 3 days, expected arrival on the first day in the morning hours until approximately 10:00 a.m., expected departure on the third day after lunch. A more detailed definition of the subject of performance is contained in Annex No. 1a of the procurement documentation and further in the draft contract for the provision of services (Annex No. 5 of the procurement documentation).
