• Description:
• The contracting authority is the organizer of the basic round of the international sports event WOMEN'S EHF EURO 2026, the organization of which requires the provision of accommodation, catering and conference services for a wide range of event participants, including mainly official delegates The European Handball Federation (hereinafter referred to as "EHF"), referees and technical delegates, participating teams and their implementation teams, as well as other persons accredited for the course of the competition. The public contract is divided into two parts, taking into account the different scope, character and capacity requirements of individual groups of accommodated persons corresponding to EHF requirements for the so-called Officials Hotel (5*) and Teams Hotel (min. 4*). The subject of Part 1 - Officials Hotel is the provision of hotel, catering and conference services in to the extent defined in Annex No. 4 of this procurement documentation, i.e. in the draft contract for part 1 of the public contract (Officials Hotel), including accommodation in the period 28 November-10 12. 2026, provision of full board, related conference facilities and other services required according to the Organization Agreement. The subject of Part 2 - Teams Hotel is the provision of hotel, catering and conference services for participating teams to the extent defined in Annex No. 5 of this procurement documentation, i.e. the draft contract for Part 2 of the public contracts (Teams Hotel).
