Provision of user support services for selected agenda information systems of the Ministry of the Environment
The subject of the public contract is the provision of telephone support services in the form of a passive call center and written support services in the form of a ticketing tool for responding to userssilly questions. This is technical provision in the form of a service as well as personnel provision for the provision of 1st level support. The subject of the performance of the public order (in accordance with the complete annexes of the ZD) is A. Initial implementation of telephone and written support servicesB. Technical security of telephone solutions underpores in the form of serviceC. Technical security of the written support solution in the form of a serviceD. Staffing of telephone and written support services at the first level of support in the range of a maximum of 12 registered operatorsE. Control access to the environment of services provided for the Principal F. Managerial reports and exdivestiture of the operation of the provided servicesG. Modification of services in the maximum range of 20 MD. The conditions of performance and the scope of services provided are defined in the individual ZD appendices.
