Description: The subject of the public contract is to provide technical support in the performance of state administration in matters of spatial planning, which are carried out under Act No. 183/2006 Coll., On Spatial Planning and Building Regulations (Building Act), or any law that may future to replace, which in matters of transport infrastructure owned by the state is performed by the Ministry of Transport, as the body concerned pursuant to § 40 para. g) of Act No. 13/1997 Coll., on Roads, pursuant to § 56 letter d) of Act No. 266/1994 Coll., on railways, according to § 88 par. 1 let. k) and l) of Act No. 49/1997 Coll., on Civil Aviation and on Amendments to Act No. 455/1991 Coll., on Trade Licensing (Trade Licensing Act), as amended, and pursuant to Section 4 of Act No. 114 / 1995 Coll., On inland payment.
