Description of the contract: The subject of the public contract is to provide technical support in the performance of state administration in matters of land use planning, which are carried out in accordance with Act No. 183/2006 Coll., On land use planning and building council , which may replace it in the future, which in matters of transport infrastructure owned by the state is carried out by the Ministry of Transport, as the body concerned under § 40 para. g) Act No. 13/1997 Coll., on Roads, pursuant to Section 56 letter d) of Act No. 266/1994 Coll., on railways, pursuant to § 88 par. 1 letter k) and l) of Act No. 49/1997 Coll., on Civil Aviation and on Amendments to Act No. 455/1991 Coll., on Trade Licensing (Trade Licensing Act), as amended, and pursuant to Section 4 of Act No. 114 / 1995 Coll., On inland payments
