- Description:
- The subject of the performance of this public order is to ensure support for the operation of the existing pharmacy information system (hereinafter also "SW solution") at the General Faculty Hospital in Prague. The pharmacy information system was implemented by the supplier company Lekis s. r. o. and consists of:
• application software "LEKIS for Windows" (hereinafter referred to as "ASW"),
• the integration interface to related information systems and VFN data sources (hereinafter referred to as "Integration").
As part of the scope of performance, the supplier must provide for the existing SW solution:
Item A
Ensuring the provision of support for the operation of the client's existing SW solution, which is specified in more detail in chap. 7 of Annex No. 1 of the draft contract for the provision of software support services, which is Annex No. 2 of these ZP.
Item B
Services on demand
Any on-demand services provided by the supplier beyond the scope of the above-described subject of performance will be implemented on the basis of written of the client's requirements electronically in the form of an order to the address of the specified contact person. For the services provided, the supplier is entitled to a remuneration per hour of work in the agreed amount. The estimated number of possible services on request beyond the scope of the performance is a maximum of 48 MD (1 MD = 8 man-hours) for a period of 4 flight.
A more detailed specification of the subject of performance is given in Annex No. 1 of the draft contract for the provision of software support services, which is Annex No. 2 of these ZP.
The subject of the performance of the public contract is also defined by the binding draft contracts that form Annexes No. 2 and No. 3 of these tender conditions.
