Description: The subject of the procurement procedure is to conclude a framework agreement without renewing the competition between the contracting authority and one supplier, on the basis of which public contracts will be entered.
The subject of public procurement assigned under the Framework Agreement will provide fixed telecommunications services, providing all other services and performance specified in the tender conditions, ensuring all activities related to the provision of these services and performance, according to the needs and requirements of the contracting entity and individual authorizing officers. Telecommunication services will be provided on the basis of subscriber contracts.
