Description:
The subject of performance of the public contract is the provision of Service-Level Agreement services (hereinafter referred to as "SLA") to the extent set out in Annex 1 call for the bid-technical specification for 36 months. Within the SLA will be included 15 pm/Message services of development and development, or other technical services (eg. Services that will require modifications of the system in case of change of information system of the contracting authority, adding new functionalities K+ portal, etc.) provided by the contractor AD HOC to the contracting authorities according to specific operational requirements for each month of SLA provision.
