- The subject of this public contract is the obligation of the supplier - a mobile operator - to provide the contracting authority with voice and data telecommunications services to the extent specified by the tender conditions. Part of the subject of performance is also the provision of all activities related to the provision of the required services.
FulfillmentIt requires the contracting authority from 23 December 2, 2025 (the beginning of the performance time depends on the termination of the tender and the expiry of the current contractual relationship) and the period of 48 months, or until the amount of CZK 10,600,000 without VAT is exhausted, depending on which of these facts.
By providingTelecommunications services via the GSM network of the mobile operator are mainly the provision of mobile telecommunications voice and data services at least to that extent:
