- Provision of authorized service services, respectively. Service and repair work for cars brand Å KODA forming the fleet of the contracting authority for cars such as Å koda Kodiaq, Karoq, Superb, Octavia, Fabia, Yeti. When providing service and repair work, the supplier is obliged to proceed in accordance with the procedures for an authorized dealer (seller). The purpose is to ensure permanent operability of passenger vehicles and compliance with service acts set by the vehicle manufacturer. The subject of the public contract will also be: a) the supplier's obligation to provide cooperation when ensuring the liquidation of the insured event b) the towing of the immobile cars c) the provision of a replacement car if the contracting authority's application d) collection and delivery of the car at the contracting authority.
