Description:
The subject of the performance of the public contract is the provision of annual monitoring of production-economic, environmental and social data of agricultural entrepreneurs according to the unified methodology of the Data Network for the Sustainability of Agricultural Enterprises (hereinafter referred to as "FSDN"), based on binding EU legislation, in the prescribed form and in the required terms, including the security of checks and corrections of the transmitted data according to the customer's requirements, but also the detected control reports from the FSDN EU system in the years 2026 to 2029.
The total scope of the investigation for the future period 2026-2029 (when the investigation will take place for the dates of 2025-2028) is 1400 agricultural entrepreneurs every year, of which 600 are legal entities and 800 are natural persons. This number is set as the maximum, which the contracting authority is not obliged to use up during the performance of the public contract
