Description:
The subject of the performance of the public order is to ensure the provision of a remote health service (hereinafter also the "service") through an online communication platform that will enable the operators of the medical operations center of the Medical Emergency Services hl. city of Prague (hereinafter also "ZZS HMP") to transfer the caller from emergency line 155 in indicated cases professional telemedicine consultation.
The service will ensure that, in cases where the caller's problems are not acute and there is no indication for the departure of the crew of the emergency medical service (hereinafter also "EMS"), the caller can be transferred to a remote service provider after an initial evaluation health care, who will take it into their care, perform a professional consultation and, if necessary, ensure further steps (e.g. issuance of an e-prescription or recommendation for a personal examination).
Remote health services are services provided outside a medical facility through remote access, using information and telecommunications technologies or a medical device, the purpose of which is to assess and set an individual treatment procedure, or proposing its change or addition, and other consultations supporting the patient's decision-making regarding the provision of health services carried out another healthcare provider or healthcare professional of the patient's choice.
