- The subject of the public contract is the provision of operational support and expansion of the existing payroll and personnel system "FLUXPAM 5", including modules and integrations created according to the requirements of the Usti Region, while the subject of this public contract includes in particular the implementation of the following activities:
a) Takeover plana Takeover service
b) System development according to the Client's current requirements
c) Cooperation during system upgrade
d) Operational and Service Support
e) Allocation of 150 guaranteed development hours
f) Consulting/solving hours of the "development" type beyond the scope of 150 guaranteed development hours hours
g)Exit service
h)Otheri requirements
The subject matter of this public contract is further described in Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation entitled "Functional and technical requirements", which forms, in its unchanged form, an annex to the binding sample contract for the performance of this public contract, which is Annex No. 2 of the procurement documentation ( also referred to as the "Agreementor "Binding Text of the Contract").
