Description: The subject of the public contract is to provide the contracting authority with the so-called facility management services, ie to provide all technical, administrative and other activities necessary to ensure proper operation of the building and facilities located in it, the detailed specification of which is contained in the annexes to this tender documentation. necessary for the proper operation of the building and equipment (hereinafter referred to as "services").
The subject of the public contract is the provision of flat-rate and other services, which are defined in the annexes to the tender documentation. The services include in particular the regular operational and technical management of the technological elements of the building, the performance of routine maintenance and repairs, and the performance of professional services, revisions and inspections of technologies in accordance with the relevant legal regulations.
