TITLE: Providing EUE certification authority services Reference Number: 26/2021
CONTRACT TYPE: Services
Description: The subject of the public contract is the provision of the EET certification authority service consisting of issuing unskilled signature certificates for mutual communication of technical equipment, further revocation of certificates, operating the Web interface for certificate management according to the requirements of the contracting entity and technical support of users (hereinafter referred to as "CA").
The certificate issuing process will be implemented through integration of the CA tax portal website and website. The contracting authority's tax portal ensures the certificate applicant's identity, the Supplier's website will ensure the interface for generating and receiving requests, issuing certificates, certificate database management, certificate revocation.
CA services will be used in information systems that are part of the Ministry of Finance's critical information infrastructure. For this reason, a high level of security and safe operation of the CA service is required.
