Description: Public procurement is the provision of energy services with a guaranteed result pursuant to § 2 paragraph. 2 point. (o) in conjunction with Section 10e (1) of the Act No. 406/2000 Coll., On Energy Management, as amended, in the implementation of preliminary activities, in ensuring the elements associated with the acquisition of a building permit, in the implementation of basic energy-saving measures, Processing of a documentation of actual implementation of austerity measures, development of the operating order for newly installed equipment and training of operators, providing energy management in the building and the provision of other related activities and services, providing guarantees to achieve a contractually guaranteed savings. The public contract will be implemented using the Energy Performance Contracting method (EPC). Specific energy saving measures will propose itself and include the EPC project, which is subsequently implemented in the building.
