- The subject of this small-scale public contract (hereafter also VZMR) is the conclusion of the RD for the purchase of property - "Filling technical gases into own cylinders in the period from the effective date of the contract until 31.12.2025 for VU 1825", further specified in the assignment of this VZMR. The delivery of the goods will be carried out by the selected supplier in complianceu with the conditions stipulated in the contract, the draft of which is an integral part of the tender conditions. By submitting an offer, the supplier confirms that he agrees with the general terms and conditions of the Ministry of Defense (published in the current version on the contracting authority's profile) and that he accepts the terms of reference. Administration procedureof offers is determined by the operating rules of the electronic tool.
