- Program for real estate management
The subject of the contract is the provision of the Computer Aided facility management service (hereinafter referred to as "CAFM"), which will be used by the contracting authority in passporting and managing its facilities in the Czech Republic and abroad. The solution will enable the creation and management of construction, technological and technical pasports buildings, which will be used to automate the processes of planned and emergency maintenance and building management. Due to the upcoming Act on Building Information Modeling (hereinafter referred to as "BIM"), the client requires that individual passports and thus the entire solution be based on the BIM methodology and consistently use thedel BIM. The CAFM service will be used by two entities, namely the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the "MFA") and its subsidiary organization the Diplomatic Service (hereinafter referred to as the "DS"). - Documents :
