- (nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The subject of the contract is the provision of Computer Aided facility management (hereinafter referred to as "CAFM") service, which the contracting authority will use in passporting and managing its facilities in the Czech Republic and abroad. The solution will be an enablert creation and management of the construction, technological and technical passport of buildings, which will be used to automate the processes of planned and emergency maintenance and building management. Due to the upcoming Act on Building Information Modeling (hereinafter referred to as "BIM"), the contracting authority requires that individual passports andthe entire solution was based on the BIM methodology and consistently used the BIM model. The CAFM service will be used by two entities, namely the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the "MFA") and its contributory organization the Diplomatic Service (hereinafter referred to as the "DS").
