• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the procurement of the management of houses and land forming with these houses functional unit of apartments and non-residential units in a building divided into units, apartments and non-residential units spaces in the house not divided into units, or other spaces that are capable independent use, in your own name, at the expense of the client, to the extent and under the conditions specified in the proposal of the contract, which forms Appendix No. 4 of this call. The list of managed properties is for this procurement procedure listed in Appendix No. 5 of the call. The contractor among other things, requires that the supplier no later than 30 days from the date of signing the contract opened and fully operationalized the office, see paragraph 2.6 of the draft contract. The subject of the public contract is further specified in detail in the procurement documentation, in particular in the draft contract.
