- The subject of this part of the public contract is the conclusion of an insurance contract with an insurance company to provide insurance:
• immovable and movable property of the contracting authority,
• general liability for damage,
• professional liability for damage caused in connection with the provision of health services (including damage caused by personal injury or killing)
in accordance with the specification given in Appendix No. 1 Specification of the contracting authority for liability and property insurance.
Part of the performance is also the provision of complete service and services in the area of insurance contract management, liquidation of insurance events and professional advice during the period of validity insurance contracts.
Part 2 - Vehicle insurance
The subject of this part of the public contract is the conclusion of an insurance contract with an insurance company for:
• liability insurance for damage caused by the operation of the vehicle ("compulsory liability"),
• accident insurance for selected vehicles of the contracting authority,
in accordance with the specification given in Appendix No. 2 Specifications of the contracting authority for vehicle insurance.
Part of the performance is also the provision of services and servicing in the area of administration, liquidation of insurance claims and consultancy for the duration of the insurance contract.
Additional provisions
The contracting authority reserves the right to conclude a separate insurance contract for each part of the public contract.
Insurance contracts will be concluded for an indefinite period according to the conditions specified in the draft contract.
