- The purpose of the contract is to insure movable property for an indefinite period - a fleet of selected railway rolling stock for the Czech Republic and Europe, against insurance risks (damage to the insured item due to external forces, fire, explosion, impact or derailment of the insured vehicle, or its theftpossession or theft of its part) with a limit of insurance coverage: CZK 1,000,000,000 (in words: one billion Czech crowns) per one loss event with deductible: CZK 50,000,000 (in words: fifty million Czech crowns) per loss event. Part of the performance will be automatic insurance of the new property,and that from the date of creation of the right of ownership or the right of use.
