Description:
The subject of the performance of this public contract is to provide services consisting in:
a) the insurance of assets and liability for the damage to the contracting authority (hereinafter referred to as the "Insurance of Property and Liability"). The subject is mainly the insurance of real estate and movable assets and liability insurance for damage or other harm;
b) insuranceMachines and machinery equipment of the contracting authority (hereinafter referred to as the "Machine Insurance"). The subject is insurance of damage to machinery (machine parts of trolleybuses);
c) the contracting authority's liability insurance as a railway carrier (hereinafter referred to as the "Railway Carrier Liability Insurance"). The subject is especially insuranceliability for harm caused by rail transport;to four parts, namely:
a) property and liability insurance - 1 part;
b) machine insurance - 2.Public contracts separately. On the basis of concluded insurance contracts, the selected supplier/suppliers will provide the contracting authority to benefit the subject of the public contract....
