Description: The subject of this public contract is comprehensive insurance of Orlová, which includes insurance of movable and immovable property and responsibility for injury, motor vehicle insurance (so-called "compulsory liability", emergency insurance and supplementary insurance). Public contract is divided into two parts:
1) Property and Responsibility Insurance Home 2) Motor Vehicle Insurance
The participant is entitled to submit an offer for all parts of the public contract or only one part of the public contract.
Details are set out in the technical specification for a specific part of the procurement, and in other annexes to this tender documentation.
Insurance contracts will be concluded between the contracting authority as a policyholder and supplier as an insurer. The insured and contributory organization of the contracting authority will be the insured.
