• Description:
• The subject of the performance of the public order is the provision of services consisting of property and liability insurance for the city of Bílina and organizations established or founded by it. The subject of insurance will be secured by concluding an insurance contract for an indefinite period. The client will be at performance of a contract for a public order in the capacity of the insured and the policyholder. On the basis of the insurance contract, the selected contractor will provide the client with the performance of the subject of this public contract. The contracting authority established the minimum scope of this insurance in the specification which forms Annex No. 2 of the procurement documentation. Further specification of the subject of performance is given in this procurement documentation and its annexes. Property and liability insurance of the city of Bílina II. The subject of the performance of the public contract is the provision of services consisting of property and liability insurance of the city of Bílina and organizations established or founded by it. The subject of insurance will be secured by concluding an insurance contract for an indefinite period. The contracting authority will be in the position of the insured and the policyholder during the performance of the public procurement contract. On the basis of the insurance contract, the selected contractor will provide the client with the performance of the subject of this public contract. The contracting authority established the minimum scope of this insurance in the specification, which forms Annex No. 2 of the tender documentation.
