• Description:
• The aim of this procurement procedure is to conclude an insurance contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") with one participant for each part of the VZ in order to secure property insurance and liability for damage and accident insurance. The contract will be concluded for a period of 60 months, details of the performance period are given in Article V of this ZD. The subject of VZ is insurance including in particular: -Allrisk insurance -Insurance for business interruption due to natural disasters -Insurance in case of theft, vandalism -Glasses insurance -Electronics insurance - Insurance machines - Mechanical interruption of operation -Liability insurance for damage -Professional liability insurance for damage - Accident insurance -Vehicle liability insurance - Assistance services Required scope of insurance, i.e. places of insurance, scope and subject insurance, sums insured, co-payments and other insurance requirements, is discussed in more detail in the Technical Part of the ZD and its appendices. The technical part of ZD is processed separately for each part of VZ: -Appendix No. 7 ZD - Technical part of ZD - for part 1 VZ, -Appendix No. 8 ZD - Technical part of ZD - for part 2 of VZ. Both technical parts are separate and contain specific requirements relating exclusively to their part of the VZ. Appendices of the Technical Part of the ZD are not freely available on the E-ZAK contractor's profile.
