- The subject of the public order is the supply (production, purchase, graphic design, printing and transport) of promotional items that will be an accompanying tool for publicity and promotion of the Operational Program Environment (OPŽP) and the brand new Operational Program Just Transformation (OPST). These promotional itemsthese will be distributed to OPŽP and OPST partners primarily at meetings of the Monitoring Committee, negotiations with international participation, conferences for applicants/beneficiaries and possibly at events for the general public. Promotional items serve as a small souvenir for the given event, attention for participants,ideally they have a practical use with added environmental value. At the same time, the contracting authority places a high emphasis on the quality, representative appearance and useful properties usual for goods of this type, as well as on compliance with the requirements of generally binding legal regulations (especially with regard to safety and healthintegrity of promotional items for end users) and fulfillment of the purpose for which these promotional items are usually used, including high-quality printing application guaranteeing durability and color fastness.
