- The subject of the public contract is to provide services consisting in the extension of the Dell Hardware Support for the period from 21 May 2024 to 20 May 2025 including. This is a support for the following Dell Hardware: • Chassis Dell Vrtx - Service TAG 58JBXP2 • 2 PowerEdge 640 (VRTX) servers - Service Tags 58L6XP2, 58kgxp2 Support includes minimally: • Defect report in 24x7 mode. • Sending a technician to the registered office of the contracting authority or replacement of defective components or the entire facility at the client's registered office. Up to 48 hours of reporting. • Service provided by the manufacturer (ie Dell). The detailed specification of the subject of the public contract is stated in the binding proposal of the contract, which consists of Annex 3 of the calls for the submission of the offer.
