Description: The subject of the contract is the processing and delivery of complete project documentation (PD) of selected contracting authority's objects (PNB) to:
a) replacement and renovation of opening fillings (windows, doors) in selected buildings of the PNB complex,
b) thermal insulation and reconstruction of the premises of selected buildings of the PNB complex.
PD will be a part of the project Energy savings in the buildings of the Bohnice Psychiatric Hospital, therefore it must meet the conditions of the subsidy on the basis of the 70th call of the OPE - reduction of energy intensity of public buildings. The contracting authority requires the elaboration of a PD, including related professional services and a statement of acreage. Also in the range: Preparatory work; Processing of documentation for building permits, for construction; active cooperation with the contracting authority in subsequent procurement procedures; author's supervision.
