- The subject of the public contract is the development of project documentation for the regeneration of the Milady Horakova housing estate in Pisek - location I. The project documentation will be developed in the scope of documentation for the issuance of a joint permit (for joint land and building management) and documentation for the construction, including withunderwriting of construction works, supplies and services incl. measurement statement. The scope of the public contract also includes author supervision, engineering activities and cooperation with the client in the selection of the construction contractor.
