Description:
The subject of the contract is the processing of the project documentation for the construction of the "reconstruction of the roofing of the Strakonice ice rink" in the degrees of documentation for the authorization of the project (construction) and documentation for the construction, to the extent pursuant to Section 157 of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act (hereinafter the Building Act) and its Implementing Decrees and to the scope of documentation for award/implementation of the construction pursuant to Act No. 134/2016 on public procurement, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "ZZVZ"), its implementing regulations, providing engineering services and the performance of the designer, all at least within the meaning of usual standards.
The project documentation (hereinafter referred to as the "PD") will be solved on the entire roof of the arc hall, including between the roof glazing, including the eastern facade with glazing (above the ground part), including the ground floor part, including a snowmobile, without the facade on the west side (former restaurant).
Pd It will be divided into these buildings (SO), including the distribution of bills of assessments and budgets:
- 1. SO - part above the ice surface (low and medium arc)
- 2. SO - part above the auditorium (high arc)
- 3. SO - eastern ground floor part
- 4. SO - ROLEBLOVA
PD will include project documentation of air conditioning (ventilation of the ice surface, cooling air).
The PD will include the project documentation of the location of the photovoltaic power plant in the area of interest, after the previous assessment of the construction and economic point of view.
The PD will include an energy performance assessment.
